Immobilization of fungal laccase on nylon net and application of the immobilization enzyme in an air-lift reactor

Fungal laccase was immobilized with nylon net as carrier and glutaraldehyde as crosslinker.The immobilized enzyme was then used to dispose of low concentration pulp wastewater in an air-lift reactor.When pulp wastewater containing 3000mg/L COD was teated for 26h,the COD degradation ratio reached 35%.
