Primary intradiploic meningioma

Abstract Though meningiomas are commonly associated with adjacent bony changes, the primary intradiploic meningioma is a pathology very seldom encountered. Here we report a case of primary intradiploic meningioma of the calvarium and discuss the possible etiology, radiological features, therapeutic implications and prognostic determinants of this rare pathology.
