Inquiry About the Problems in Establishing Pro-Political Instructor Team and the Solutions

There have been a few problems in establishing the professionalized political instructor teams in technical colleges,which largely lie in lack of understanding of political instructors' function,a system for model selection and training as well as some contradictory factors.These problems result from not only society,but also political instructors themselves and even the job itself.Therefore,it is necessary to establish,in a long term,an effective system that focuses on the discipline,selection,training and encouragement so as to promote the professional development of political instructors.
