We address the problem decision-making in conflicts based on Lanchester square law attrition (2,2) model where some stationed defensive forces needs to be moved optimally. We consider a resource reallocation scheme called the Time zero support of military force(TZSM) strategy, where support is allowed by movement of defending forces between battlefields, at the point when the result is predicted. Unlike previous work, we set the situation to recognize the size of the attacking forces after the defensive army is deployed and reflect the travel time between battlefields. Therefore We believe that this study will reflect a realistic dilemma that compares the benefits of determination to support the forces and the damage caused by travel time. Through complete solution for this strategy, we would like to obtain a realistic solution to determine the size of the optimal scale of movement force by the commander who command the stationed troops.
