Ossifying plexiform tumor. Report of a cutaneous ossifying lesion with histologic features of neurothekeoma.

We report a remarkable cutaneous lesion showing striking osseous metaplasia as well as clinical and histologic features of a neurothekeoma. The bone formation in this lesion is extensive and shows evidence of active remodeling - an uncommon finding in other cutaneous lesions in which secondary bone formation has been described
