Impact Parameter Test of Virtual Prototype based on Experiment and SQP Optimization Algorithm

In the process of virtual prototype modeling by means of CAD software Pro/E and mechanical system dynamic software ADAMS,the parameter setting is a very important part.For there are many kinds of materials in physical prototype but ADAMS only provides a few material impact parameter,the impact parameter of copper and steel was tested through the method of comparison between experiment and virtual prototype.Ideal collision parameters were gotten and the method can be used for other materials.
