The invention provides a wind power plant reactive voltage comprehensive control system and a wind power plant reactive voltage comprehensive control method. The system comprises a front-end processor subsystem, a network subsystem, a database subsystem, a reactive regulation module and a man-machine interface module. The wind power plant reactive voltage comprehensive control system receives a control objective delivered by a master station at regular time, carries out optimal balance adjustment on the reactive power of various reactive equipment according to the operating conditions and the reactive adjusting capacity of a fan, a SVC (static var compensator)/SVG (static var generator) and other reactive adjustable equipment and on the premises of meeting system stability and equipment safety, so that the requirement on voltage controllability is met, and the stability margin of a system is also improved.
