Разработка ноотропных лекарственных средств на основе комплексов димефосфона с соединениями лития

It has been shown, that the interaction of dimephosphone with lithium compounds leads to donor-acceptor complexes in aqueous solution by using IR and UV-spectrometry, HL chromatography. The form of aqueous solution of nootropic medicinals was developed on base of dimephosphone and lithium citrate. Examination of the nootropic action carries out in the experiments by Wistar lines in white rats. The influence of medicinal on an acquisition of conditional reflexes (passive and active) depends on the dose by characterization of cognitive-mental facility, behavior activity and emotional condition. It has been estimated the analogous nootropic effect as Pyracetam.
