Electric bicycle using of solar cell

PURPOSE: An electric bicycle using a solar cell is provided to stably charge electricity by making the output voltage of a solar cell follow to a maximum electricity operation point with an MPPT converter. CONSTITUTION: An electric bicycle using a solar cell comprises a solar cell(210), a MPPT converter(220), a boost converter(230), a charging part(250), a driving motor(260), and a control part(240). The solar cell converts sunlight to electric energy. The MPPT converter detects the change of the electric energy to control a following value of voltage corresponding to the change of the electric energy. The boost converter amplifies the voltage outputted from the MPPT converter. The charging part charges the voltage amplified in the boost converter. The driving motor rotates wheels of an electric bicycle with the voltage charged in the charging part. The control part controls speed by controlling the driving current of a driving motor according to PWM signals.
