The invention discloses an industrialized layered water taking and clean water circulating aquaculture system and method. The industrialized layered water taking and clean water circulating aquaculture system comprises an aquaculture tank, a buffer adjustment tank, a floatation tank, a biological purification tank and a water quality optimization tank used for sterilization, oxygen aeration and temperature adjustment of water, and the water quality optimization tank is connected with the aquaculture tank through a water inlet pipe to form a circulating system. A drain pipe capable of taking water in a layered mode is vertically arranged at the center of the aquaculture tank and is connected with the buffer adjustment tank through a total water return pipe. A particulate matter collection and removal device is arranged at the center of the tank bottom of the aquaculture tank. The industrialized layered water taking and clean water circulating aquaculture method is characterized in that the drain pipe is used for taking clean water on the upper middle layer in the aquaculture tank for circulating, and wastes at the tank bottom are discharged from the system through the particulate matter collection and removal device at fixed period. The industrialized layered water taking and clean water circulating aquaculture system and method are simple in technological process, low in investment cost and wide in application aspect, saves energy consumption, and is especially suitable for old workshop modification.
