Проблемы государственной поддержки социально-культурной сферы

In this article the character of relations between social-cultural sphere and the state is investigated; the necessity of the state support of manufacture and consumption of the cultural goods and services is proved. Foreign and native experience in the sphere of state regulation of social-cultural sphere is consi-dered.
