Analysis of the relativity factor of metastasis in axillary lymph nodes in breast cancer

Objective To explore the pathological characteristic of breast cancer.Methods The expression of C-erbB-2,estrogen receptor and progesterone receptor and its relationship with axillary lymph nodes metastasis was retrospectively analyzed in 675 patients with breast neoplasms.Results The positive rate of invasion of axillary lymph nodes was 43.72%.The positive rates of estrogen receptor,progesterone receptor and Ki-67 were 67.16%,71.12% and 91.75% respectively.The overexpression rate of C-erbB-2 was 14.19%.Estrogen receptor,progesterone receptor,C-erbB-2 and Ki-67 were not correlated to metastasis of axillary lymph nodes.Conclusion Metastasis of lymph nodes is a relatively independent prognostic factor of breast cancer from estrogen receptor,progesterone receptor,C-erbB-2 and Ki-67.
