Synthesis, and pharmacological screening of novel sulfamoylphenylcarbamoylquinoxaline derivatives as anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antitumour agents

A variety of novel sulfamoylphenylcarbamoylquinoxaline derivatives is synthesized based on the reaction of quinoxalinedicarboxylic anhydride (I) with aminophenylsulfonamides (II).
