A lithium ion battery cell consistency evaluation system and method. The invention belongs to the electric automobile and new energy generation and energy storage field and specifically relates to battery cell consistency evaluation technologies which are provided to solve the problem in the prior art that comprehensive lithium ion battery cell consistency evaluation is not achieved. The system comprises lithium ion battery testing equipment which further comprises a voltage sensor, an internal resistance sensor, a temperature sensor, a current sensor with charging and discharging performance, a charge maintenance tester and a health state tester. The voltage sensor output end, the internal resistance sensor output end, the temperature sensor output end, the current sensor charging performance output end, the current sensor discharging performance output end, the charge maintenance tester output end and the health state tester output end are respectively connected with the input end of a corresponding module. The output end of each module is respectively connected with a corresponding input end of a cell consistency comprehensive evaluation module. Final evaluation is performed through a cell consistency comprehensive evaluation program. The system and method which take lithium ion battery cell consistency in seven aspects into comprehensive consideration guarantee the lithium ion battery cell consistency scientific nature and accuracy. The system and method are suitably used for lithium ion battery cell consistency evaluation.
