INFLUENCE OF COMPOSITION ON THE STRENGTH, DURABILITY AND THERMAL STABILITY OF POLYSTYRENE FOAM

Influence of polystyrene foams composition of different types and makes on the strength, durability and thermal stability has been investigated. Their regularities of destruction in the wide range temperatures, loads and times of exploitation have been determined. It is shown that they are subordinated to general Zhurkov's equation for durability. Parameters of working capacity have been calculated, proceeding from the equation.
