From the synthesis spur gears with asymmetric teeth of involute profile and trochoid to estimate the form geometry factor (YF) and bending strength (J) a direct calculation method is used. The above method is based on virtual transverse dimensions computational reading in specific sectors. All of them we identified by limit values corresponding to the profile characteristics. The measures and calculus are simultaneously performed to get YFi in each procedure step where at the same time is selected the lowest YF value. A mathematical procedure is described to determine the geometry factor J, based on critical values of height, section, stress concentrations and curvature radius. The model was tested using CAD/CAE tools.
