The invention discloses a system and method for measuring dynamic response of an enclosed container under blast loading, which belongs to the technical field of measurement. The method employs high-speed cameras to record complete dynamic deformation process of a to-be-measured container under blast loading and processes deformation process data by cooperatively using 3D DIC so as to obtain deformation response characteristics, vibration characteristics and three-dimensional displacement field and strain field information of a to-be-measured surface of the to-be-measured container. A system used in the method mainly comprises the to-be-measured container, a synchronizer trigger, an initiation device, lighting devices, the high speed cameras and a computer acquisition terminal, wherein an electric detonator is inserted into an initiating explosive column, the initiating explosive column is loaded into an explosive holding container, a support bar is fixedly connected with the wall of the to-be-measured container, the synchronizer trigger is connected with the electric detonator and the high-speed cameras, the high-speed cameras are connected with the computer acquisition terminal, and the lighting devices are uniformly distributed before the to-be-measured surface of the to-be-measured container. Measurement results obtained by using the method can be used for estimate security and explosive payload of the to-be-measured container.
