Multifunctional maize harvester

A multifunctional maize harvester comprises a vehicle (1), a longitudinal lifter (2) and a header. The longitudinal lifter is mounted on the vehicle, and the header is set in the front of the vehicle. Said header consists of an upper layer header and a lower layer header. Said upper layer header consists of a reel assemble (7) and a transverse conveyer (13) for maize. Said lower layer header is a stalk collecting and conveying device (8) consisting of a blade (11) for cutting stems and roots, a stalk transferring device (10), an auger (9) and a stalk conveyer (4). The harvester can harvest maize cobs and maize stalks, and therefore it not only harvests the maize cobs, but also meets the diversified requirements of stalk disposal. The harvester can be provided with a stalk crushing device to clean kernels and crush stalks or replaced the stalk crushing device by a knife-type crushing device to cut the stalks for silage, or the lower plate of the stalk transferring device can be opened to lay the stalks.
