Identification of a motor vehicle with GNSS jammers

The invention relates to a method and a system for detecting a device which is adapted to interfere with a signal of a navigation system. The method comprises the steps of: Receiving a radio signal; Determine whether the radio signal is suitable to interfere with the signal of the navigation system; Determining a range (X), from which the radio signal is transmitted; Optically detecting the region identified (X); Recording the optical detection; Analyzing at least a temporal portion of the radio signal for determining a signal characteristic; Recording the signal characteristic; and Associating the recorded optical detection with the recorded signal characteristics.
