Cloning and sequencing of VP2 gene of PPV BM-1 strain

Porcine parvovirus (PPV) BM-1 strain VP2 gene was amplified by polymerase chain reaction with two pairs of primers. The sequences were determined after these fragments being cloned by pGEM T vector. It was shown that the BM-1 strain PPV VP2 was different from NADL-2 in sequence analysis.
