The present invention discloses a miniature piezoelectric inchworm drive rotary joint mechanism, comprising a U-shaped base, bearing, bearing holder, bearing rings, the piezoelectric ceramic sheet, a rotating shaft, the rotary sleeve and the end caps, the bearing ring is divided into two half-rings, by a pair of bearing brackets and bearing the coupling; four piezoelectric sheets one end fixed to the bearing housing, and the other end coupled with the bearing ring, stretching deformation in the driving voltage, the driving bearing ring interposed achieved tight, release, and other minor rotational movement; the U-shaped base bilaterally symmetrical drive module each mounting a bearing, a rotating shaft supported on two bearing rings, by controlling the two bearings of the drive module gripping, releasing and rotating timing a stepping motion of the rotary shaft to achieve. The present invention improves convenience ingenious structure, symmetrical structure and layout, and the double clamping twin rotary control, stable holding force, improve the operating efficiency and stability, optimization of piezoelectric ceramic sheet layout, reduce the complexity of the driving circuit at the same time control.
