Study on E-Commerce Platform-the Grid Enterprise Group Experience

Getting positive synergistic effect contribution is one of the important factors for management innovation. However, a review of the literature reveals that very few studies have systematically examined value co creation within business-to-business(B2B) contexts. The paper showcase a synergistic effect framework and apply it to a study on electricity energy enterprise groups of e-commerce platform on B2B supply chain business. We firstly enumerate the multi-layer purchase platform of electricity grid enterprise group, and then offered a set of evolution index on synergistic effect, lastly give empirical analysis, point out how to get positive synergistic effect contribution to enhance the efficiency of the business overall.
