Автоматизированная система распознавания объектов на микроскопических изображениях биологических образцов

Automated system for processing, analyzing and recognizing microscopic histological images of lung tissue sections to diagnose and study lung diseases at cellular level. The program is an instrumental method for a completely new analysis of tissue components (profiles) shown on microscopic films. Square, perimeter, formfactor, quantity and density of particles are calculated by coordinates and prominent profile characterisrics. The system allows to do main statistical calculations with initial data and compound expressions based on them. Initial data and the results of statistical processing are saved forming a database used in recognition procedure.
