The invention discloses a preparation method and application of a metal organic framework material having a bi-conjugation effect, and belongs to the technical field of water treatment. The structural characteristic of the material is that a pore structure is formed by two parallel planar structure units, the distance between the two parallel planar structure units is 0.5-1.0nm, the upper side and the lower side of a plane-conjugated molecule entering a pore are both subjected to conjugation with an upper plane and a lower plane, then an organic aromatic molecule with a conjugation structure is strongly adsorbed, therefore, the material can be used as an efficient adsorbent for removing the organic aromatic pollutant having the conjugation structure. Taking 2-naphthol and 1-naphthylamine as examples, the research result shows that the material has a record-breaking adsorbing capacity for the 2-naphthol and the 1-naphthylamine, and the material has an excellent reproducing property.
