The aim of my bachelor´s thesis ,,Comparison of Effectiveness of Authoritative and Participative Managerial Styles“ is to compare effectiveness of different managerial styles. The first theoretical part analyses criteria of prosperity of the company such as: vitality of the company, company´s culture, strategy of work with manpower, managerial styles and their advantages and disadvantages in different periods of company´s development. This theory is used in the practical part. Effectiveness of two different managerial styles is compared in two departments of the company. The effectiveness is compared by means of financial analysis and answer sheet investigation. In conclusion, changes of managerial styles are recommend leading to increased effectiveness.
