Method and device for scheduling radio resources

The application discloses a method and device for scheduling radio resources, wherein the method comprises the following steps: in allusion to a scheduling set, obtaining the scheduling priority of each transmission group in the scheduling set, wherein a transmission group contains at least one user equipment; then allocating scheduling resources to the user equipment included in each transmission group according to the scheduling priority of each transmission group; updating the scheduling priority of each transmission group according to the distribution results of scheduling resources. By adopting the method, in each scheduling process of radio resources, for the user equipment to which the scheduling resources are distributed successfully, the scheduling priority of the transmission group can be reduced; for the user equipment to which the scheduling resources are not successfully distributed, the scheduling priority of the transmission group can be increased, therefore, the radio resources can be fairly scheduled and distributed to the user equipment.
