The magnetic base is arranged outside an abdominal wall. The anastomosis ring is located in an intestine. The magnetic base comprises a base body. A groove is formed in the side, opposite to the anastomosis ring, of the base body. A magnet is arranged at the bottom of the groove. A rubber face is arranged on the edge of the groove. The magnet can attract the anastomosis ring. A vertically-through hole is formed in the bottom of the groove. The outer diameter of the anastomosis ring is smaller than the diameter of the groove. When the anastomosis ring falls into the groove, the inner ring of the anastomosis ring is connected with the hole in a butt joint mode. The magnetic anastomosis device has the advantages that a colon and abdominal wall subcutaneous tissue are combined together through magnetic attraction, the method is convenient and reliable, and stoma avascular necrosis, stoma retraction, stoma skin mucous membrane joint complications and dermatosis around stomas can be well eliminated.
