Determinants of Outcome in Patients With Left Ventricular Impairment and Moderate Aortic Stenosis.

There is controversy over the impact of moderate aortic stenosis (AS) on outcomes in patients with left ventricular (LV) systolic impairment. Van Gils et al. ([1][1]) found that patients with moderate AS and concomitant LV impairment are at high risk for clinical events. In contrast, Fougeres et
