Stator assembly for hairpin winding motor

2018
The present invention relates to a stator assembly for a hairpin winding motor, comprising: a rectangular coil stator core in which a plurality of slots are formed along a circumferential direction and each of the slots has a plurality of layers in a radial direction; and a plurality of hair pins which are coupled and mutually connected to each of the slots so as to form coil winding. A tooth penetration hole is formed in a tooth formed between the slots forming the rectangular coil stator core. According to the present invention, the stator assembly for a hairpin winding motor has the penetration hole in the tooth forming the rectangular stator core so as not only to minimize a dead space, but to reduce weight and increase a cooling effect without changing motor performance.
