Griseoviridin and etamycin high-yield strain and production method thereof

The invention discloses a griseoviridin and etamycin high-yield strain and a production method thereof. The invention discloses an application of over-expressed genes sgvT1 and sgvT2 in Streptomyces griseoviridis NRRL 2427 in improving the yield of griseoviridin and etamycin, wherein the nucleotide sequence of the sgvT1 gene is a reverse complement sequence of the sequence shown by SEQ ID NO.1; and the nucleotide sequence of the sgvT2 gene is shown by SEQ ID NO.2. In the invention, a high-yield strain of griseoviridin and etamycin is obtained so as to provide a way of industrial preparation of griseoviridin and etamycin.
