Dialectic Classification of Coronary Heart Disease by the Theory of Traditional Uighur Medicine and Observation of NO、ET、AgII Level

2011
Objective:To classify the Coronary Heart Disease(CHD) patients by the theory of Traditional Uighur Medicine(TUM),observe the changes of vascular systolic and diastolic function in different Abnormal Humour syndrome patients with CHD,and provide experimental foundation for the classification, prevention and control of CHD by the Abnormal Humour Theory in TUM.Methods:The Humour Theory of TUM was used to classify 305 cases of CHD patients.Slightly acid reductase and RIA methods were used to measure the concentrations of endothelin(ET),nitric oxide(NO),angiotensin Ⅱ(AgⅡ).Results:There were 70 cases of Abnormal Savda syndrome,126 cases of Abnormal Khan syndrome,28 cases of Abnormal Sapra syndrome,81 cases of Abnormal Balgham syndrome among the 305 cases of CHD patients. The concentrations of ET,NO,AgⅡ in various types of Abnormal Humour syndrome patients with CHD were significantly different from those of normal controls(P0.05 or P0.01).No significant differences of ET,NO and AgⅡ level were discovered while the three groups of non Abnormal Savda patients compared with each other(P0.05).However,the concentrations of ET,NO and AgⅡ in Abnormal Savda syndrome group were significantly higher than those of other groups(P0.05).Conclusion:It is concluded that concentrations of ET,NO and AgⅡin various types of Abnormal Humour syndrome patients with CHD are abnormally changed, the abnormality in the Abnormal Savda syndrome patients with CHD are more serious than the three other types.
