In the paper presented below, it shows the importance of ergonomics in all points of an organization, therefore, being the ergonomics of a multidisciplinary nature, it is related to the different Integrated Management Systems. It shows how it is already known that the ergonomics contributes to the Occupational Health and Safety Management System in very important aspects, since it is directly responsible for controlling the well-being of workers of any position within an organization. Likewise, with the Quality Management System, because if the working conditions and the well-being of the workers are improved, this will be reflected in an increase in productivity, in the quality of products and services and of course, it also goes in continuous improvement. In the same way, it shows its link with the Environmental Management System, since ergonomics is about improving the conditions of the environment in which its workers perform, automatically improving the environment of the organization in general. In this way, the different relationships of ergonomics with the Management Systems are found and with this, this discipline is given the importance that it has in any type of company.
