The invention provides an operation hook with LED (Light Emitting Diode) illuminating light for oral and maxillofacial deep tissues, wherein, the operation hook is convenient to use, can fully expose and provide illumination, and can display the oral and maxillofacial deep tissues clearly. The hook with LED illuminating light for the oral and maxillofacial deep tissues is made of medical stainless steel, is L-shaped on the whole, and comprises a hook handle and a hook body, wherein the hook handle and the hook body are independent mutually and are used after being assembled. The hook handle is in the shape of a cylinder and is hollow; and two C batteries of 1.5 V can be installed in the hook handle. A metal cover plate with screw threads is arranged at the bottom of the hook handle. The top end of the hook handle is a concave handle connector which is used for fixing and connecting with the hook body. A raised button and a metal cross rod are arranged at the middle part of the handle connector, the button is equal to a switch and is used for communicating a circuit, and the metal cross rod is used for fixing and limiting the movement of the hook body.
