Progress in Research of Novel Photocatalytic Materials

The present research state of novel photocatalytic materials,including a summary on basic mechanism for photocatalysis and the development strategy for visible-light-driven photocatalysts,was reviewed.The key problems for improving the quantum efficiency and significance on the development of novel photocatalytic materials were discussed.Finally,the potential research directions in photocatalysis fields were pointed out.
