Клинико-функциональные особенности течения сахарного диабета 2 типа в зависимости от состояния системы монооксигеназ

The complex reseach results of clinical and functional peruliarities of flow of the second type diabetes depending on biotransformative-liver function are presented is this work. The facts of antipyrine tect are also analyzed. In all 86 second type diabetics their 8 close relatives and 15 healthy persons are examined. It is established the second type diabetic patients with the disturbances of biootransformative function have got both changes of clinical and functional state of liver and specific complications of diabetes. It is mentioned that these patients' close relatives have the changes of antipyrine test. This fact speaks about the hereditary nature of enzymopathies.
