Влияние генотипа коров по каппа-казеину на морфологический состав соматических клеток в молоке

2016
The influence of cows’ genotype by the kappa-casein gene locus on the amount of somatic cells in milk, which is characterizing its technological properties and cheese-making qualities of milk, has been studied. The studies were conducted on sexually mature pure bred Black-Spotted cows. The dynamics of morphological structure of somatic cells in milk of Black-Spotted cows at different stages of lactation have been studied. It is ascertained that somatic cells are represented by leucocytes and epithelium of the udder milk secreting system and the epithelial cells being formed in the process of natural ageing and regeneration of tissues are predominant in the secretion of healthy cows. It is shown that the morphological composition and the amount of somatic cells in milk are influenced not only by the cows’ genotype but by the period of lactation and physiological condition of their organism as well.
