Combined Set of Coating Thickness Measures for Verifying Magnetic Coating Thickness Gauges

The results of the development and experimental testing of a combined set of coating thickness measures for verifying magnetic coating thickness gauges are reported. The set consists of full-scale dual-coating thickness measures (copper and chromium) of up to 200 μm on a steel 20 base and dielectric coating thickness imitators of up to 2000 μm.
