The Effects of Salinity on Embryonic and Larval Development of Pollicipes mitelle in Vitrof

In this paper the effects of salinity on embryonic and larval development of Pollicipes mitella are reported. When water temperature is held at 25±1℃, the optimum salinity range for the development of embryonic is 15 33～41 78 .The best rate of hatching and fastest development of embryonic is 21 38～28 55.The upper limit and the lower limit of salinity for the development of larval are 41 78 and 21 38.The best survival and fastest development of larval is 28 55～35 16.
