Study Design:A retrospective, observational study of prospectively collected outcomes.Objective:To investigate the long-term clinical course of anterior cervical discectomy and fusion with interbody fusion cages (ACDF-IFC) with lordotic tantalum implants and to correlate the radiologic findings with
