Optimization of the Integrated Energy System with Energy Storage Considering Risk Operation

2019
The integrated energy system (IES) can make use of the advantages of multi-energy complementarity to provide more flexibility and economy for the dispatch of operators. At present, the uncertain impact of renewable energy with high permeability has not been quantified as a risk index in the scheduling research of integrated energy system. Meanwhile, the time-coupling equipment such as energy storage has not been considered, and the time-scale differences of different forms of energy have not been distinguished. In this paper, based on the modeling of IES with energy storage and considering the influence of uncertainties, the optimal scheduling model of IES based on multi-scenarios is propoesed, furhermore, the time-scale differences between electric energy and thermal energy are distinguished, and the multi-period coupling constraints of energy storage are establisehed. Aiming at the large scale of the model, an algorithm based on Benders Decomposition is proposed to solve the problem. Finally, the influence of confidence level, energy storage power and capacity on the operation cost and risk of IES is analyzed by an example.
