3D printing aluminum powder and preparation method thereof

Coarse aluminum powder is crushed into aluminum powder with the diameter being 150-200 nm through a ball mill, the surface of the aluminum powder is coated with polymethyl methacrylate, and the aluminum powder can be used for 3D printing manufacturing. The metal aluminum powder is adopted to serve as the 3D printing material, and the preparation method is simple; and the melting point of the aluminum powder is 660 DEG C, the melting temperature is high, and the printing heat distortion temperature, the tensile strength, the flexural strength, the flexural modulus and the hardness are all better than an ordinary material.
