Construction process for continued application of air-raid shelter

2013
The invention discloses a construction process for the continued application of an air-raid shelter, which comprises the following steps of: (1) drilling a grouting hole on the shelter wall of the inside of the air-raid shelter, wherein the grouting hole penetrates through the shelter wall and extends to the soil layer; and pre-embedding and fixing a grouting pipe into the grouting hole; (2) drilling fixing holes around the shelter wall, placing expansion bolts, binding a bar-mat reinforcement or installing a fixed molding mesh on the expansion bolts, and erecting and fixing a template on the outside of the bar-mat reinforcement or the molding mesh; (3) spraying fine stone concretes in a gap between the template and the shelter wall; and (4) after the template is removed, filling a gap between the shelter wall and the soil layer through grouting by using the grouting pipe, thereby completing the construction. According to the invention, a layer of solid reinforced concrete structure is formed on the outside of the shelter wall of the air-raid shelter through construction so as to realize the reinforcement of the air-raid shelter, therefore, the air-raid shelter is strong in pressure-bearing capacity and good in reinforcement effect; and the internal space of the air-raid shelter subjected to reinforcement is basically not affected, and can continue to be directly put into use.
