The invention discloses glass fiber reinforced PBT (polybutylece terephthalate) resin composition with refrigerant precipitation resistance and a preparation method of the glass fiber reinforced PBT resin composition. The glass fiber reinforced PBT resin composition comprises the following components: 49.0-93.5wt.% of polybutylece terephthalate, 0-40wt.% of glass fiber, 0-1.0wt.% of multifunctional epoxide group chain extender, 0-1.0wt.% of magnalium hydrotalcite acid acceptor, 0-1.0wt.% of end-capping reagent containing 1-3 epoxide groups, 0.2-0.5wt.% of aminosilane coupling agent, 0-8.0wt.% of flexibilizer, 0.2-0.5wt.% of nucleating agent and 0.3-0.5wt.% of antioxygen, wherein the contents of at least two of the multifunctional epoxide group chain extender, the magnalium hydrotalcite acid acceptor and the end-capping reagent containing the 1-3 epoxide groups are not zero simultaneously. The glass fiber reinforced PBT resin composition has a good mechanical property and the refrigerant precipitation resistance, can overcome the defect that micro-molecular substances are precipitated from the current universal refrigerant materials effectively, and can meet the requirements of the current refrigeration compressor industry on refrigerant-proof materials.
