창의적인 지속가능한 학습도시로의 길 - 평생학습도시 담론에 대한 비판적 성찰 -

Current life-long learning cities in Korea spread as very administrative and schematic. It requires uniformed standard despite of the unique characteristics on each different region. Also, life-long learning practices the local government education policy and structure instead of the central government education policy which links entire educational range and learning. Therefore, it is inevitable to avoid vulnerable linkage in local areas in various learning areas. Convergence with other ongoing urban projects in the region is also not possible. In this regard, this research explored basic value orientation for creative learning cities. The research used analytic approach to discourse analysis and content analysis. Research has shown that learning cities can be creative by securing quality of life, balancing work and life, sustainability based on generational balance, ways to consider city levels of memory, and constantly reflecting on past mistakes in cities. Through this, the creative city seems to be possible when expands the range of ministries while various learning areas in the area are nicely combined, and diverse urban projects in the area are organically connected.
