Capsule production system and control method thereof

The invention relates to a capsule production system and a control method thereof. The capsule production system comprises a control unit, a motion control part and a process control part. The motion control part is provided with an upper dragging unit, a tail platform unit, a lower dragging unit, a pawl unit, a center box unit, an oil coating unit, an oil coating dragging plate unit, a small pulling unit, a large pulling unit, a disc unit and a capsule dipping control unit. The input end of the control unit is connected with signals collected by a position sensor and an angle encoder, and the output end of the control unit outputs a corresponding control instruction to the corresponding unit in the motion control part. The process control part is provided with a capsule mixing device, a capsule dipping device and a drying kiln device. The input end of the control unit is connected with the signals collected by a viscosity meter and a temperature collecting module, and the output end of the control unit outputs the control instruction to the corresponding device in the process control part. The capsule system can well coordinate and finish the motion of each unit and eradicate the phenomenon of mechanical motion hysteresis, the mechanical motion is coordinated orderly, the failure rate is lowered, and the quality of capsule forming is improved.
