Romatoid Artritte Atlanto-Aksial Eklemin Tomografik Tetkiki

Computerized Tomography of The Atlanto-Axial Region in Rheumatoid Arthritis t/ Cervical region, especially occipito-atlanto axial involvement is common in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and this involvement may cause sudden death and serious neurological complications. In this study involvement types and incidance of this region in RA were estimated. 50 pa-tients were included in the study. The patients were evaluated by neurological examina-tions, plain radiographics and computerized tomography (CT). In conclusion, the majority of CT in diagnosis of this entity emphesized.
