Permeability modeling vs input data cases study

Summary In the work 3 simulation models are involved in terms of permeability distribution. Various initial data content defines individual approach to a general filtration property modeling procedures. In Model#1 in order to specify core data based permeability distribution an idea of determination of average specific PI obtained by well test results is implied. It is provided for further assessment and implementation of a full-model fraction of high permeable random cells to evaluate its influence on the project development solution. In Model#2 an approach of the use of multi-stage frac horizontal well production data for permeability values verification. That involves vertical image wells creation to imitate flow to the fracture as well as after-frac well test results review and recalculation. In Model #3 a more complex approach is used with regard to well test and PLT data so as to specify permeability not only in general but along wellbore.
