Sociálně-psychologický výcvik strážníků

The bachelor thesis describes relations of municipal police to the public and social-psychological training of its officers. Both these themes are mutually connected. A high quality training of officers has influence on all their working activities that are directly connected with satisfaction and relation of citizens of the town/city directly to the municipal police. I have focused on a general description of municipal police, its role and tasks, right managing, assertive behavior of the commander and the importance of right choice of officers in the first part. Second part belongs to an analysis of a new officer adaptation to specific conditions of work by a municipal police, his training and education. The third part analyses relations of municipal police to the public and possible conditions of its influencing by high quality way of work of officers and the work of the whole municipal police.
