The invention provides a simulative light source system for a building-shading and heat-insulating property detecting device. The simulative light source system comprises a light source box, a manually simulative light source, a transverse dimmingshutter mechanism, a vertical dimmingshutter mechanism, a transverse shutter corner mechanism, a vertical shutter corner mechanism and corner mechanism control devices. The transverse dimmingshutter mechanism is multiple black and whitetransverse shutters equal in separation distance. The vertical dimmingshutter mechanismis multiple black and whitevertical shutters equal in separation distance. The transverse corner mechanism control device is used for controlling rotating angles of the transverse shutters. The vertical corner mechanism control device is used for controlling rotating angles of the vertical shutters. The corner mechanism control devices are used for making the transverse shutters and the vertical shutters rotate to form different light blocking areas, so that simulative light meets the irradiation strength of the surface of a sun-shading test piece through the transverse dimmingshutter mechanism and the vertical dimmingshutter mechanism and meets the testing requirements. The simulative light source system is simple in structure, low in cost and capable of adjusting the manually simulative light to reach the irradiation strength of the surface of the sun-shading test piece.
