Effect of Hormones and Light on Differentiation of Shoot Tip Culture in 'Honglianjia' Strawberry

Use shoot tips as explants for 'Honglianjia' Strawberry,hormones,dark treatment,light intensity on the shoot tip of plantlets were studied,and an efficient system for shoot-tip differentiation was established.The results indicated that in the MS basic medium,6-BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L is the optimum ratio of hormone induced 'Honglianjia' strawberry shoot tips plantlets;5 d light culture after the dark treatment(14h/d),2 000 lx light intensity of the light is the most favorable conditions for shoot-tip to differentiate into seedlings,germination rate is 86.7%.
